Abstract

We consider the asymptotic behavior of ground states for a class of quasilinear elliptic equations when the nonlinear term has the Sobolev critical exponent. By using the suitable rescalingand the blow-up analysis, we are able to establish the preciseasymptotic behavior of ground states.
This talk is based on a joint work with Masataka Shibata (Tokyo Institute of Technology) and Tatsuya Watanabe (Kyoto Sangyo University).
