In this talk, I will present a recent joint work with E. Sawyer about two weight norm inequalities for positive operators. In particular, we show that for the maximal function and fractional integrals, to get the related two weight inequalities, it suffices to test only on doubling cubes. This is the first improvement of E. Sawyer's classical result in 1980s.
