It had been known in 1980s that solutions of the fast diffusions $\partial_t u=\Delta u^m$ in $R^n\times [0,\infty)$ will be extinct in finite time, when the initial data belong to some suitable good spaces and $0<m <\frac{n-2}{n}$. in this talk, i will report my recent results with tianlingjin on certain extinct behaviors which capture singular stationary solutions. in particular, the fowler solutions of the yamabe equation can be captured.
