Semi-uniform attractors for nonautonomous dynamical systems

In this talk I shall discuss various possibilities in constructing forward attractors of non-autonomous dynamical systems and then introduce a semi-uniform attractor theory. A semi-uniform attractor resembles a modification of the Vishik’s uniform attractor, and, in comparison, it can be smaller in dimension. In addition, it fits well in describing the nature of a dissipative non-autonomous dynamical system that the forward dynamics is fully determined by the vector field in distant future (not by the vector field in distant past).

报告人简介：崔洪勇，男，博士毕业于西南大学和塞维利亚大学（西班牙），现华中科技大学数学与统计学院副教授。主要研究领域为（非自治/随机）无穷维动力系统的定性分析，其研究成果在国际知名期刊《Nonlinearity》、《JDE》、《Siam J ADS》等发表学术论文20余篇，主持完成国家自然科学基金项目1项, 中国博士后科学基金项目1项。
